The control logics (PLCs) are programmed directly by our software specialists, who have acquired a wide range of experience in the automation of tobacco processing plants.
Our team can operate with several types of control logics, according to specific requirements, e.g. Siemens, Rockwell, Modicon, Beckhoff, etc. The human-machine interface (HMI) is implemented by using operator panels or industrial computers installed directly on the switchboards or in the field. COMAS can operate with all major SCADA packages: WinCC, Wonderware Archestra, Rockwell Factory Talk, ZenOn, Fix, Inductive Ignition, etc.
Comas devotes special care in creating user friendly HMI screens that are easy to use and understand, offering full visibility and control of the entire production process and parameters. Comas also designs computerised systems that connect the production field with the production management, to suit the customers' individual requirements.
